Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy (from date of receipt):

Please note orders CANNOT be changed, modifier or cancelled on placed.

All returned items must be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITH TAGS and UNWORN OR UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. We will hold items returned that is not qualify for return or undelivered due to shipping address for 14 days. After that, the item will be disposed.

Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or we will charge 20% against the refund.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Final Sales:

As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: teddies, panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery (including bodystockings), pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, body paints, gels, vibrators, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

HOW TO RETURNS:

Please contact us here info@jnilly.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.

Returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
